Cancellation
For cancellation of the booking before the start of the trip, or in the case of premature curtailment of the booked stay without taking out an additional cancellation insurance policy, or for a reason not listed as a cause for cancellation (see point 2), the following cancellation expenses are to be paid (place of jurisdiction: Reutte - Tyrol / Austria):
- Up to 1 month before arrival – 40% of the booked stay
- Up to 1 week before arrival – 70% of the booked stay
- Within the last week before the day of arrival – 90% of the booked stay
Free Cancellation
Up to 3 months (at the latest) before arrival, cancellation can be carried out for free.
In this case only the fee for the cancellation insurance has to be paid, if this was taken out in advance.
You are welcome to take out a cancellation insurance policy through our hotel.
Travel cancellation and curtailment insurance:
In order to avoid a rude awakening in the event of something untoward happening, you are welcome to take out cancellation insurance through our hotel, with the following conditions:
An event covered by insurance exists when, due to a reason listed hereafter,
- The insured party becomes unfit for travel, the commencement or the continuation of the trip is prevented
- A serious accident or illness affects the insured party, his/her spouse, his/her children, parents, parents-in-law
- Death in the above-mentioned family circle or of siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, son-in-law or daughter-in-law of an insured party
- The sudden onset of unforeseeable serious pregnancy complications
- Immunisation intolerance
- Unexpected recurrence or worsening of a chronic illness
- Significant damage to the property of the insured party at his/her place of residence as a consequence of fire, Acts of God, or a criminal offence by a third party, which means that his/her presence is urgently required.
How high is the excess?
- For cancellation of the booking before the start of the trip - 20% of the booked stay
- For premature curtailment of the booked stay - 20% of the booked stay
What to do in the event of damage or loss?
Non-appearance for the trip. The guest informs the Leading Family Hotel & Resort Alpenrose at the earliest possible opportunity about the impediment to the trip (by email or fax) and sends a statement from a doctor containing a diagnosis, or a statement from the police.
What does your cancellation insurance cost?
€ 60 per week, room and family (After taking out the cancellation policy, a reimbursement of the fee is not possible!)
